Roots of wellness: A Garden day for mental health and family connection
Baton Health® and the Teladan Project are hosting a family-centered garden pop-up event that recognizes May as Mental Health Awareness Month and addresses the growing need for youth and family wellness programming.
One spot includes one family pair or group: specifically, one adult caregiver/parent and one youth (grades 5 and higher).
Please join us at the scenic Point Edwards Farm overlooking the Sound! Please note Point Edwards is a private urban residential farm belonging to Coach Lisa and Family, and nestled within a neighborhood – parking is limited and carpooling/walking is encouraged.
- Hands-on gardening, take-home kit
- Mental health education
- Nature-based self-care in a unique urban farm setting
