Look, Feel, and Think Great

A cancer diagnosis can be the catalyst for living a healthier and more meaningful life. "Roots To Live" [© 2024 Marquart] provides a close-knit community and individual attention for people in recovery, remission, or personally impacted by cancer. This program meets throughout the school year and offers participants the opportunity to reconnect with their health through gardening on the farm and evidence-based lifestyle change programming. "Roots to Live" is facilitated by an on-site licensed and certified Health Coach and Cancer Exercise Specialist, with group size limited to 12 participants.
